Orders $25 and over always ship for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $25, there is a flat, low delivery charge of $6.95 for Standard 3 – 5 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is USPS First Class Package, with the amount of days ranging depending on location.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to replace stolen products if USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL has confirmed it delivered via tracking. We do our best to alert you every step of the delivery, including the morning of delivery and when it has been delivered (U.S. only).

USPS First Class Package International is the least expensive shipping option and the slowest; delivery time can take up to 21 business days depending upon destination and customs. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS will be given for lost or damages packages if customer selects First Class Package International. We offer this shipping service as an economical option for our Canadian customers, but strongly encourage you select Priority Mail International Shipping to obtain insurance for your purchases.
USPS Priority Mail International is a premium shipping service that is slightly more expensive but includes tracking, a faster delivery time of 6-10 business days, and all products are insured.
USPS Priority Mail Express International includes tracking, the fastest delivery time of 3-5 business days, and insurance. All items that are lost or damaged with this shipping method can be replaced.

Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. What you need to know for international deliveries:
1. Customs. While we do not ordinarily encounter issues with customs, there is no guarantee your order may not be held by your country's customs office. We will not be responsible for any loss that may cause; however, if the package is rejected and returned back to us, we will refund you the full product cost, less shipping charges (both original and incurred by the return).USPS First Class Package International is a basic shipping option that sometimes does not include tracking once the package leaves the United States.
